I'm just now coming off what we commonly refer to in the South as the crud. Right, right. And it looks like you uh by the looks and sounds of things are just now

going into the crud yeah thanks for passing that along is that right yeah yeah yeah well so i

don't know that i got it from you though i think what ended up happening my my uh my eldest was

sick at the tail end of last week everything was fine uh up until last night when it when it

descended upon me it hit it hit it hit hard, man. And so, anyway, I've been, what I, what I do is I cocoon, right? Like, whatever. You cocooned? That's right. That's right. Because I'm, I'm big on like, you know, the show must go on, right? So it's like, all right, the, what do I have today that's absolutely essential? So we have like a team meeting at work and then we also

got the show tonight. Right. So in between those times, I literally like got a blanket and just cocooned

myself in and rest it up to store up my energy so that I would be ready. Well, I like for for those

watching live, obviously, they can see, but for those that are listening just on the podcast,

I'd like to describe Bo's outfit as Get Up, which is a... You're doing this? His hoodie that he's wearing. He's wearing a blue and green hoodie. For a hoodie, it's very fashionable. I like it. Yeah, my nice green, kind of potistery green. Yeah, you kind of have the Sith Lord thing going on.

tuning in audience, loves to poke fun at my hair from time to time. Yeah, that's what I was so thrilled about. You mentioned earlier. It's like, well, you know, it's either, it's either showing the hoodie or, or show them my hair, which, you know, you get, you get lots of grief for anyway. How did the pendulum swing on this? It used to be you. Like now that, I still get grief for my.
