Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm Helen and this is the Squiggly Careers skill sprint. We are back after last year's

success for another set of skills sprinting. And there are three things that you need to know to

sprint successfully. Number one, how many episodes are in this sprint? 20. There are 20 and each one

is seven minutes long. We've designed that so you can fit it in

easily so that you can keep going. The second thing is to sign up for the daily skills sprint

emails. These have got a summary of what we're going to be talking about, which is going to make

it much easier for you to take action and there are lots of links in there for you to learn more.

And the third one is let us

know about your progress on LinkedIn. So when you're starting, when you're halfway through,

just tag us in your post at Sarah Ellis, at Helen Tupper, at Amazing If, whatever you want, but let

us know and we'll give you a little bit of support along the way. And the benefit of keeping going,

which we very much hope you will do,

is that we are going to have a squiggly careers skill sprint celebration. That's quite hard to say,

but it'll be brilliant when we get there. It's going to happen on September the 9th,

and it will just be a moment to recognise all the learning that we have done and all the people

that have been involved in the sprint. So let's get started.
