Dow futures down. About 80 as a busy newsweek unfolds. Actually, a little bit of improvement here.

We've got WeWork

drama, lots of central banks speak, global PMIs, which were no good in Europe. Germany 41-4,

a crisis-era low. Markets are weak there. 10-year yield back below 1-7. Oil is unchanged on these

conflicting reports about Aramco's recovery. Romance begins with WeWorks Woes.

SoftBanks Masasan, the company's largest investor reportedly in favor of ousting Adam Newman.

David has some details.

Plus, we do have global growth worries continuing, and stocks are set for a mixed open

as Week 9 manufacturing data out of Europe stokes slowdown fears.

And First Lady Melania Trump coming to the NYC this morning, set to ring the opening bell

to help highlight her Be Best campaign.

We start, though, this morning with this ongoing drama.

In fact, an increase of drama at WeWork, a company we followed closely in weeks past because

of the expectation it would soon go public.

That is no longer the focus, at least of the current stories involving the company.

More so the future of its founder and CEO and controlling shareholder Adam Newman.

This morning, we can tell you much remains in flux at the company in terms of the future of its senior leadership with a number of significant board members and shareholders moving to oust Mr. Newman as the company's CEO, move him into some sort of other more perhaps ceremonial position of non-executive chairman or something along those lines.

As of early this morning, it was unclear what Mr. Newman's future would be.

There is some division on the board, I'm told, by people familiar with the situation
