1:30.0	So I guess for starters, Rich, why did you decide to write this new book, the wise investor?
1:35.6	And how do you see this kind of fitting in with your business, where you want to go, where you want to grow, and that sort of thing?
1:42.6	Yeah, it was very intentional.

1:45.6	came out 20 years ago through Simon & Schuster. It was a nonfiction, more personal development
