Hey, Chandler Bolt here and joining me today is Hayden Crabtree.

Hayden's a real estate investor out of Atlanta, Georgia that specializes in commercial

real estate. He bought his first investment property at 21 years old. And kind of like me, we have similar stories

taking a college real estate class, realized that he owned more investment property than his

professor, similar to my story, learning how to run a business from professors who have never

in a business before dropping out of school.

But so we've got similar backgrounds. Hayden's also a self-publishing school student.
