Hey, Chandler Bolt here and joining me today is Carlos Whitaker.

Carlos is the People's Choice Award winner, a former recording artist on a major label,

and we've met, and so I don't know how I didn't know this,

currently spends a lot of time writing books and speaking on stages

is actually traveling for a speaking gig right now. So today we're going to be talking about

how he sold 50,000 copies of his book, Killed a Spider, as he would say out of the trunk of his car,

or really from iPads and lobbies. So if're if you're a speaker if you're or if

So let's take it back a little bit. Like, why did you decide to write your first book? I think

you got three books now. Like, why did you decide to write your first book? And what was the purpose

kind of behind that first book? Yeah, you know, I had, I was, I was a recording artist. so I was like singing. Well, that was my gig, right?

And, but even before I was a recording artist, like I had this blog that I just loved to write.
