Hey, Chandler-Volt here and joining me today is Gary Williams.

So Gary is the author of the book, Choose Your Best Life.

He's also an SPS coach, so coaching students here at self-publishing school.

He's coached hundreds of students. We were trying to count close to 400, and he's completed over 4,000 coaching calls with students. Now, today we're

going to be talking about MBTI, aka Myers-Briggs, as it relates to bookwriting in the publishing

process and the lessons that he's learned from

thousands of calls with SPS students. Now, maybe you're obsessed with personality types like I am,

whether it's Myers-Briggs, the disc, anagram, there's so many of them. And I feel like I

end up learning a whole lot more about myself every time I take one of them. We use them in the

hiring process. We use them in the hiring process,

we use them in the management process, we use them with our students. And Gary is just a master specifically when it comes to Myers-Briggs, so MBTI. He's done a lot of training sessions

internally at SPS, which they're so good that there's a lot of times that I wish that it was like a resource

for our students.

And so here we are.
