0:49.3	Melvin Blivins sat on the tailgate of his truck and waited at the mouth of
1:04.0	Boggs holler. Seemed like that had been his primary function lately. Drive
1:09.8	places and wait. He didn't mind much when the walkers was involved shoot,
1:15.3	especially when young Mr. Cowboy was the one they was helping. Melvin had
1:20.6	taken a shine to the little fella, especially since he was a young and that
1:24.7	needed help due to the influence of spooky things that were beyond his
1:28.1	control. Melvin understood that firsthand. That little man needed him. He
1:34.6	would be front and center every time. Melvin had arrived at Boggs holler with
1:40.3	Miss Walker and the boy before sun up and they decided to sleep a bit before
1:44.5	calling on this Miss Boggs. When they woke to find that the boy had wandered
1:49.1	off onto the Boggs property, Miss Ellie had told Melvin to stay with the
1:52.8	truck in case he came back. She'd pressed a smooth pebble from the
1:57.2	creek by the Walker house into his palm and showed him one just like it
2:02.1	hung on a string around her neck. If his little rock stayed cool,
2:06.8	all was well and he could stay where he was and keep watch. If it got hot,
