things spring training. It is the first official day of spring and boy are we excited. We'll

share all the details about that and I'll also explain a interesting food program that Justin and I are trying for the next

30 days, all coming up right now on holding court.

Twas the night before baseball and all through the house not a creature was stirring because you have to wake up super early tomorrow

yeah yeah first day day one baby i know there has to be a lot of emotion. Obviously, you've been there for a week now,

but this is your first official day of school. So for me, growing up, the night before the first day

of school, I always had a really hard time going to bed because I'm a night owl, so I'd wake up.

Take some melaton and try to switch gears, but I could never fall asleep early. I would have my

outfit fully laid out, ready to go, my backpack with all my fresh supplies with my initials on everything

because my mom thought someone was going to take a crayola from me and I was ready so do you have

that same vibe right now do you have the butterflies as your outfit laid out I don't know because

it's it's I'm always confused right how it works is tomorrow is officially report date

for the position players obviously the pitchers and catchers have already been there but it's also like

they show up and they they have to go through kind of their physical so they see all the doctors they see an

eye doctor they see a GP they see a dentist they meaning you as well well I already did this

oh I did this last week with the pitchers and catchers so there's still guys that are coming in

in the second wave and they have to go through their physical.
