Been pretty quiet.

But it's a new year.

It's 2026.

Is our first new year?

2026 is one thinks, you know, you can't expect a lot to happen over the holidays. This is when things get going. You know, we're hearing, we're hearing Bellinger whispers. There's some whispers. I mean, there's a guarantee in my mind that at least one of Belly, Bregman, Bichet, and Tucker, like, they're going into spring without a deal. At least one of them, like spring training starting and they're not, they're not on a team yet. That's fair. That's fair. And that's probably what's going to happen. I would hope that in the next week or two, we get one of those guys to sign. I've heard a lot of? You're saying you hope they signed to the Cubs.

I've heard a lot of chatter on the interwebs about like the off season. It's every year. Yeah. The off season is so boring. There needs to be at that every year. I feel like this off season's actually been pretty good. like it's our job to pay attention during the off seasons. Good memory of the last few off seasons. A lot of them have been really bad. This one, like, we've had action early. We have the WBC stuff too. That's interesting. Like, we're already five and a half weeks out from pitchers and catchers reporting. Like, I feel like we're already through the worst part of the off. Which is insane that we're that close already to pitchers catchers i do agree tom that i feel like this

year i could be very off with this i feel like there's a lot more big names than usual in free agency

and there was a lot like there was a good amount of moves early of like the above average players
