1:14.2	and behavior branch of the NICD at the National Institutes of Health. He served as an advisor to
1:22.7	President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush in developmental science, language, and reading.
1:29.3	And he authored the legislative language for the National Reading Panel.
1:33.4	Lately, Dr. Lyon has had a big question on his mind.
