Accue Weather says 200 million people might be affected.

Some places can expect severe thunderstorms or flooding or major temperature drops and a lot of

snow.

Starting today, the Plains and Upper Midwest could see heavy snow, and the

weather channel says the area might even get hit by a second so-called

bomb cyclone, which happens when air pressure drops quickly.

It might not get quite to that point, but Blizzard warnings have already been issued.

Today, temperatures could drop in some spots nearly 30 degrees.

Places like Denver reached 80 degrees yesterday, but today it could feel like it's in the teens. Some areas can also expect strong winds, thunderstorms, and flooding.

Then the storm will make its way to the northeast later this week.

We can now expect to see an edited version of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report within a week.
