A lot of excitement in the air with spring ball gearing up around the SEC.

So the second half of this podcast will feature a conversation with Lucas Hargrove, a former

Auburn basketball player and myself.

This first half, we will continue our trend of focusing on a position group and previewing it for spring practice.

And we're not going to have time to do them all, obviously, because it starts tomorrow.

But we are going to focus on the defensive line today.

And so first off, let's point out that Auburn lost one member of their defensive line from a year ago,

and it was Jeff Holland.

Which is, I think, a meaningful loss.

We all admit that his production in the stat sheet was impressive.

However, as we've talked about before, Zegg, Auburn is returning a lot of its key pieces that I think allowed Jeff Holland to be so successful.

Yeah, it's kind of weird that Auburn fans loved Jeff Holland during the season last year.

And now it's like, oh, all right, he's replaceable.
