Summary

The Cover 3 crew offers notes and observations from a big weekend of spring game action. First, what if college football had a super league breakaway, or does it already with the playoff (1:30)? Then it's on to the spring game action from Saturday, starting with a breakout star freshman at Alabama but also questions about Bryce Young in the new Bill O'Brien-led offense (11:30). Elsewhere, Ohio State has a quarterback battle but there's uncertainty about the ceiling for this offense (20:30), Georgia is looking for playmakers to join JT Daniels in its hope for a more explosive passing attack (30:15) and Auburn signaled its stylistic desires from the very first snap of the game (36:00).
