considered a great year or a successful year for Auburn?

Well obviously you've got to start with a record because that matters and

anything 8 and 4 or above is going to be gravy and should be determined a success.

But another very important thing that needs to happen for Auburn from an exposure

standpoint this year to take that next step is that they don't have to be

the conversation they just need to be in the conversation at least for a while

whether that's to make a run at an SEC championship game appearance or possibly a

college football playoff birth I mean hell nine and three in the SEC you never know but achieving

either of those would be monumental and what really is a bridge year for

Hughfrees and Auburn. I always say it takes three years.

You need three cycles of recruiting,

even with the transfer portal.

So staying in the conversation

will continue to help elevate recruiting,

keep Auburn relevant, including in the NIL space.
