Summary
Late Winter/Early Spring Festivals in New Orleans
Just after New Year, New Orleans festivals and events get started. It all starts with Twelfth Night and the start of Carnival, also known as king cake season!
Listen to my discussion with my wife, Marie Bologna, as we cover everything from Twelfth Night through the end of March. You'll hear a bit about Mardi Gras, the Bourbon Festival, a celebration in honor of Tennessee Williams and a whole lot more!
NOTE: Yes, I get that January isn't spring, but when it is 70' out, it sure feels like it!
Time Stamps
We covered a lot of ground. Use this as a guide if you want to go back and listen about a specific event.
