in a co-op and I think there's a lot of elderly folks in my building. So they blast the heat. And I was just

talking to somebody else who lives in a co-op and they said the same thing. So maybe it's just like an

older building thing. There's no adjustment. Obviously, I do not have central AC. But because of that

during the winter, I have no option but to either have an open window or

air conditioning on. And it is so beautiful. I just got back from a walk in the West Village. It felt

like it was really truly the first walk of the season that felt really good to me. Like I got in that meditative headspace that you guys know I love.

My phone was away. I was just people watching and observing. And I'm going to circle back to this

because I have many thoughts. And I'm feeling very inspired after my walk. It is just about 5.30.
