So today we are breaking down a personal favorite of mine. It is Spring Breakers the 2012 film written and directed by Harmony Corin.

impressions about this film tell us about how you felt about it the first time you

watched it and then having revisited it for this podcast.

So I have never watched this movie sober 2012 so I was

but that's good because it gives me some consistency

I the first time I watched it I remember that this was like 2012 so I was high alone in my dorm room and it had been hyped up a lot and I just remember thinking I think I was reading a lot of Nietzsche at the time but like I was I was like I was you know 20 year old high in my dorm room kind of into Nietzsche and so I was thinking like oh oh, you know, this is the dination, this is, you know, the debauchery that is like the meeting of wills.

And I read way too much into it it which I think was kind of like my defense

mechanism so I didn't have to admit how much I, yeah, I had a lot of other feelings on it but I will go into those in a minute.
