So, spring break.

You know what?

No one feels the sting during spring break more than South Florida.

So Chrissy decided to get in touch with us.

She's from Fort Lauderdale.

Spring break is going on. How chaotic is it right now, Chrissy? What's going on?

It's crazy. You have to avoid the beachfront.

Well, that's, where else do you go? I mean...

Yeah. Stay home. It's hibernation time for us right now. This has been going on for years. I mean, I know. Remember several years ago, South Beach decided to crack down? Yes. Did that crackdown work that well? I think it did. I think it has done a lot. I think it did. But they brought them all up here. It's like a tube of toothpaste. They squeeze them out of South Beach and they all over Fort Lauderdale. Yep. Wow. They said it was too chaotic. Once the airlines opened up those like $50 flights down, they said, oh, Lord, here everybody came. They're skipping out on bills. There's violence.

They don't like it.

So they squished it out of Miami up north. So, Chrissy, do you live close to the beach? Yes, I'm in Lauderdale by the sea right by the beach. We have a lot more old people here right now. Maybe you could think of it a different way. Maybe if you rent out your property. Oh, God. You can make a lot of money, and then you can go stay with somebody else.
