Welcome to the Great Albums podcast. I'm Bill. And I'm Brian. And what are we talking about today, Brian? We're an album of music and talk about what makes it great.

We try to have the conversation

around the how and the why we're fans of a particular album. But this week we're doing something

a little bit different. Yeah, because we were, this is our spring break of sorts, where

even though we say we're taking a break we're still recording episodes but you know we're

doing these ahead of time yeah yeah we're just getting them out there to the world and so we're trying

to do something a little bit easier on me and brian that's just kind of fun last week we did a conversation

about the 1999 film empire records which is one of my favorites. So we wanted to do something

that was just kind of a few songs, and we didn't just want to do another like 10 songs that Brian

and I, like, we've done that a few times now. So we try to think of a different way we can

look at music and also do, you know, we're going to do six. We call it a six pack. But Brian and I each

took three songs each. But instead of thinking about the music, we decided to look at the music

videos and maybe focus a little on the visual component of it as opposed to the music side of it.

So we can have a conversation in a slightly different way than what we're used to.

So you're getting something different and we're getting something new to us too.
