How your whole preparedness thing is in general anyway,

it's everything you've done throughout your life,

basically sort of lends itself to the preparedness mindset.

So you've also got the Wilderness Safety Institute,

like I said, or used to have that.

So there's a lot of medical knowledge that you have, you and Lisa, both.

So we'll dive into a lot of not necessarily the ShtF full-scale mad max,

chop your arm off type wound care stuff, but the most real stuff.
