And I just want to say I'm back now from five days of teaching in upstate New York.

My elementary school program, which I've been advertising at the beginning of the show for some time,

finally came around and we had an amazing time. We were about 45 students from diverse backgrounds, diverse ages, people really from all over.

So we had a lot of people, of course, from the US and from Canada,

but even people coming in from London and from Brazil.

So kind of a mix of characters, all different fitness levels, all different backgrounds,

all different lengths of time and immersion to this kind of a lifestyle, but we really bonded on three principles.
