Shil Kapadia is going to be joining us a little bit later to dig into what is

becoming a one-sided, lopsided, pix competition with Mr. Nate Tice.

Nate, how you feeling, man? Can't be feeling very good. I thought the pick segment would be my favorite part of the week. I was, you know, it was so much fun going two and one every week. Okay, I can do this. Going O and three really makes you dread that segment. It's like, and we do it at the end of the week.

It's like, oh, boy, I just think about it for, that's what keeps me up at night.

I was thinking about that segment with She'll. Aren't she so glad you started doing this? Oh, my God. It's so much easier to just analyze to go, well, it happened. It's football. but when you have to like say I'm going to think this team wins yeah now that's totally that's a lot of fun

that's why I just's a lot of fun.

That's why I just don't do it anymore. I know. Smart. Learning my lesson. Like we do every single week. We're going to dig into our Friday 5 here. Just five matchups, games, elements that are happening on Sunday that we want to dig into. It's a great week. It's a really interesting football week. I want to start with the Saints defense playing against the Bucs offense because we haven't really talked about the Saints defense on the show. They've kind of been under the radar. They haven't had any marquee games really. You know, it's a team that had been banged up early in the season. They were winning games, but it was against bad teams. They were playing on Monday night. I mean, there are a lot of different reasons that they kind of fallen through the cracks. But this is a defense. It's third in defensive DVOA.

Yeah. Their defense, again, is just really good. And good in ways that I think are really notable when we think about how they're going to play the bucks and what this game might look like. I'm assuming, to prefer this, you dug into some

Saints tape what that defense has looked like. What about this version of it? Do you feel is

different than years past or do you kind of just feel it's more of the same and that's why they've

been really good? It's, man, I've been trying to figure that answer out myself because it's, I know a Dennis Allen defense in a certain way. It's almost like a Diet Coke Greg Williams defense because he is a Greg Williams guy by trade. And I like, that's how I picture it. But then this defense, there's still some of that in there but then they're just like what would be the

characteristics of that that you um heavy heavy heavy heavy pressure inverted coverages you know
