I think you guys actually met through both having been interviewed on Macro Voices.

You're both doing completely totally different things.

Art and farmland sound like they're unrelated.

But in many ways, from an investing standpoint, they're very closely related because these

are asset classes that have been very popular with very well-heeled investors, with billionaires,

for more than a decade now.

But they were out of reach, even to accredited investors, because to buy a painting that

costs several million dollars or to buy an entire farm that might cost several million dollars,

most normal investors don't have the ability to do that as a small percentage of their overall
