So I went upstairs and this timer in the kitchen,

so I'm forced to get out of bed.

So I hear the timer go off after 40 minutes.

All I'm thinking is, please let my wife turn off the timer.

Because I don't feel like getting out of bed going

Get out of bed, turn off the timer, limit my nap.

Thankfully my wife's an angel, turns off the the timer and then I proceed to sleep until about three o'clock.

Oh my God.

And I woke up and I just I felt like I was living a life of regret like I just it's too long that's that was too long of a nap

so how long was it total he was about two to have a good two hour maybe you know what 15 minute I did the exact same thing.
