How's it going, Samantha? Pretty good. No complaints. Good Wednesday so far. And I just ate, so I'm happy. Ah, you're not going to feel sluggish and tired now.

You feel energized. I hope so. You look happy about lunch.

That's, you know, I don't usually eat until lunch.

So sometimes I get that same feeling like it's finally lunchtime I can eat.

Wow.

Well, it was leftover spaghetti and it was made with like homemade tomatoes and all that good stuff so extra good for this batch

you were dreaming about it all day like for lunch happens it in fact i had made some um sausage

yesterday and i was dreaming about it all day for lunch too. So we're in the same boat.

We're the same boat for a good lunch today. All right, enough of that nonsense, Samantha.

We're here to kind of learn about you. So let's start with giving everybody, give me like the one

minute spiel. I call it the spiel.

I don't know where I got that word from.

Maybe growing up in New York or something.

But give me the one-minute spiel on what you're doing today.

So what is Samantha busy working on today?

Well, there's a lot of aspects to what I do.
