podcast with Michael Bonnet and Bill Frank is glad to have you with us for another week

and it seems appropriate as we head into the either it's going to be an ice storm or it's just going to be a rain

but it's going to get really cold in Baton Rouge type week to discuss some

travel stories from our years. I unfortunately have drawn the short straw this year, and I'm

leaving with the basketball team to Fayetteville, where it is supposed to snow somewhere between 8 and 12 inches,

starting Friday night.

We're leaving earlier Friday so we can get in there.

The game is Saturday night at 7.30.

Our colleague Todd Polly swears it'll never get played, but I've seen too many times where

the two teams and the refs are there and the television crew's there and you play in front of

about three or four thousand. So I'm still thinking this is a Saturday event for basketball

at Bud Walton, but it is, you know,

we got lucky last year.

It happened to be, Bill, our off week.

When it snowed last year, so you just propped your feet up and watched everyone else try to get around to their games.

So I guess this is karma for this event.

But we've all had these weird travel experiences in our time here.

I'm sorry, I'm still, it's not a travel story necessarily,

but talking about a game that might not be played,

a basketball game that you were involved in here a few years ago with Kentucky.

Yeah.
