Well, hi, everyone.

Welcome to another edition of the sports information podcast.

I'm Count Lowe, along with Michael Bonnet. Bill Frank is on assignment this

weekend with the LSU baseball team, and that seems as good a place to start as any, Michael,

a team going to Georgia this weekend, which is having a very good season and playing Friday, Saturday,

Sunday at 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 2 o'clock central time. The final two games over the

air on the SEC network, the Friday game on the plus, but teams haven't playing well.

Things are going in the right direction a little bit.

It's kind of like in football, you want to be playing your best ball in November and

basketball.

You want to be playing your best in March.

Baseball, I guess you want to be playing your best in May, right? Well, that's what they say. Maybe carry it into June a little bit. Obviously, obviously. But yeah, they're right there. You know, I've been looked at the RPI lately, but this is certainly. 55 right now. Okay. And, you know, LSU, we've talked about this before.

It's important for LSU to be in the tournament for a lot of reasons.

Not just for an LSU, but I think the tournament benefits as a whole having LSU's presence.

So, you know, get right there.

You skit on the bubble and, you know, I think you'll get

the benefit of the doubt for obvious reasons because of the name and the schedule we've played.

And, you know, I think what's George, Georgia's top, are they ranked number one?

I don't believe they're number one, but they're certainly at the top of the league.

Yeah, yeah. So this is a great opportunity this weekend.

We've won, what, four in a row?

I believe that's right.
