But Jason Tatum adding to his legend drops 50. And for the seventh consecutive year, the Boston Celtics have reached the

postseason. They run away and hide for the Washington Wizards in the first ever seven-eight

play in game in the Eastern Conference. The final score, Boston 118, Washington 100. It's on to Durant. It's on to Hardin. And it's on to Kyrie Irving. It's going to be tough. You know, without J.B. We know how good of a team they are. know, everybody knows guys they have over there.

But excited to get this opportunity, being in the playoffs. You know, it's my fourth year in a row. I don't take that for granted. You know, I'm just myself and everybody else. You know, we're excited. You know, it's the playoffs. So I just get ready for the next game. We're going to get a Kyrie Irvin that's playing with a chip on the shoulder. You know, him not being able to play in the playoffs last year and obviously wearing the Celtics green, you know, that's going to bring the best out of him. So we got prepared to know that he's going to come with a killer mentality, and we got to take that and also challenge ourselves to make it tough for him every night. Sportsup Celtics show.

I'll be honest, I feel like going into this series, by and large, outside of your

hardcore, hardcore Celtics fans, it's like an empty bees nefs, Chris.

Not a lot of buzz for this.

But that being said, hopefully it can be competitive.

The Nets are prohibitive favorites, rightfully so, considering they have three incredibly

potent scoring threats in Durant and Hardin and Kyrie Irving.

I don't give the Celtics much of a chance, but there is part of me, for whatever reason, Chris,

that feels like even without Jalen Brown in this series and the playoffs as a whole, they're going to win a couple of games here. Yeah, I agree. You do? I think I feel like it's Nets and six. Yeah, see, this is what I think. And a lot of it has to do with the way that Jason Tatum is playing.

Oh, by the way, just going back quickly to the play in game against the Wizards. Did you hear what Felger was saying about it that the Wizards basically tanked in that second half? Yeah, no, he's he's wrong. I don't know. I mean, they beat the Pacers by 27, Chris. Go back and look at the point totals they scored against the Pacers all year. Every time they played them, they scored more than 130 points. It's just a great matchup for them. The Pacers are a great, I don't think they tanked against the Celtics. Now, do they call it an early night because they realized they probably weren't going to win and rest their guys and say, okay, we're going to put all our eggs in the basket of beating the pacers to make the playoffs?
