I'd like to welcome Yolo in Napa counties to being sheltered in place.

As you know, those of us in the Bay Area, I'm in San Francisco, have in order to stay inside by our government.

So that's what I'm doing. I'm staying inside. I opened up a home gym.

Only members allowed is me.

And it consists of one 25 pound kettlebell and a yoga mat that I'm not sure I actually own.

I don't think it's mine, but I found it.

And I put it down, put a kettlebell on there, did some body weight exercises.

That's how I started my morning.

That's how I started day two of me being quarantined.

I had some food still. Things are good. Still have plenty of wine.

And I officially opened up my second bag of coffee. We will get to our Twitter poll later on,

and Bob Fitzgerald will join me later to discuss how he was preparing

to call games without any fans before the NBA suspended the season.
