Drink Recipes-
Shadow and Sage:
milk tea with holiday spices (maybe a dash of cinnamon liquor for that bite) in a special mug

2 oz Empress gin
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Simple syrup
1 Egg white
1 oz Club soda
1/2 oz St Germain
Add the first four ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice for about 10 seconds. If you have a clear shaker so much the better!
Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake the hell outta it!
Strain into a fizz glass (champagne glass should work too), top with club soda and a float of St Germain

2 ounces coconut rum
1 lime juice
8 blackberries
5 fresh sage leaves
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Dash of orange bitters (optional)

Garnish with (optional):
-dried sage leaves
-blackberries
-dry ice

Muddle the blackberries and fresh sage together in a cocktail shaker (or large glass if you don't have one) until broken down and fragrant.
Pour in the rum, lime juice, bitters (optional), and maple syrup. Give it a good shake (or stir if using glass) while focusing all your positive energy into the mix. I like to picture it like a white light radiating from my hands, but you can do whatever feels right.
Once you feel like it's nice and mixed together and charged with positive energies, pour it over either a small chunk of dry ice, or regular ice.
Add your garnish of blackberries and dried sage
