This has been. I'm feeling good. I'm feeling really good, actually. I, uh, today's the first day. I feel back and properly back in my body. Um,

I, energetically, I'm not 100% yet. Like I had a pretty, like, here's the thing. You know, it's funny. I'm already a different human being than I was, because like, I was trying to think, like, this morning, I was like, I feel more back to normal. This morning, I was feeling pretty good. This morning, pretty like, you know, had the energy. I felt like, good, you know, fine.

Because like yesterday morning, I woke up in complete actual morning at the fact that I was no longer at all. I was like, I was very, I was morning, legitimately morning, morning with it with a you. Yes. Yes. And so this morning, I was feeling pretty good. And I kind of got moving early. Like I woke up back at a normal time. And, you know, I put the, the playlist on that was made around the campfire. And I proceeded to dance to it for like three hours around my house.

I just got the link for the playlist, because I've been thinking about it, because I also, since we left have not been fully in my, like yesterday, I was not here. I have no memory yesterday. I have no memory.

And when I did get back into my body, the first thing I thought of was that playlist.

Yeah. Yeah, dude. And it slaps. It's fucking good. And that's the thing, because I was like, I literally danced for like three hours around my house, just like sweeping or whatever. And then I did like this weird kind of fucking dance. Yes. Like yoga session. And I remember thinking like, man, yeah, I feel like to normal today. And then I was like, this isn't normal. I don't fucking dance around for three hours, but this is somehow.

It's weird. That's already, it's different, but I did dance enough to almost like throw my back at a little bit of money.

Maybe this is the new normal, maybe I've enjoyed it.

Yeah, we're going to have an episode next week, where we kind of, I don't know, recap.

Yeah. And do some stuff and talk about it more. I would like the time to process it. Yes.

But we like toyed with the idea of putting that out today.

And it's just not not it's ready. I'm not no. And because also another thing that I think would be fun.
