But today, we're giving you something a little different. A new show about navigating the highs and lows of back to school season.

It's a podcast I host called Coffee and Crayons,

produced by Slate Studios in partnership with Target. The new school year is right around the corner,

and as a mom, it's easy to forget the huge social and emotional impact

this time of year has on kids.

It's a time for parents to give children the support they need to thrive throughout the school year.
