0:00.0	How's it going, everyone? I hope you're having a good day because today we have a story of a kid who steals from his own father to buy video games,
0:08.0	but obviously there's a bit of a twist at the end. It isn't just like that, so sit back, relax, subscribe if you're new, and we're going to call the protagonist in today's story. We're going to call him James.
0:19.5	So anyways, this all happened back when James was in second grade.
0:24.1	And during this time, it was when Lego Star Wars was one of the most popular and a, I mean, it is one of my favorite games of all time.
0:32.1	But anyways, all of James's friends were getting the new Lego Star Wars game for the Wii. And James already had a Wii, and he had other Wii games, but since he was only in second grade,
0:42.2	he really didn't have that much money to his name. Sure, he got $10, maybe $15 from people for
0:48.0	a birthday, or, I don't know, something like that, but he wasn't old enough to do any side jobs or to really get any money of his own.
0:56.9	So he was kind of at the disposal of his parents choosing, you know, to buy him a game or to not buy him a game.
1:02.7	And his parents had just recently bought him another game that was for the Wii.
1:07.1	And unfortunately, you know, James didn't like it as much as he thought he was going to like it.
1:11.7	And when he asked his parents for the new Lego Store Wars game,
1:14.9	because all of his friends were just getting it now and they were super excited playing it,
1:19.3	his parents said no.
1:20.9	They told him that, you know, he can get one later,
1:24.1	but they just bought him a game and he needs to be patient.
1:28.4	And the thing is, right, James didn't needs to be patient. The thing is, right,
1:34.8	James didn't want to be patient. He didn't want to wait, which, I mean, I can understand.
1:38.8	Your friends have a video game. Your friends have Lego Star Wars, but the same time,
1:43.8	you'll get it eventually, and I can definitely understand the parents, trying to teach James, a lesson that you can't always get what you want, you know, and that's a very, very important lesson that kids that grow up to be the most messed up adults normally aren't taught that lesson correctly. Anyways, James is really upset about this. He doesn't show it to his parents, but he goes back to bed and he's really angry.
2:03.0	And he's like, I don't know why my parents won't let me have fun. I don't know why my parents won't let me, you know, play games that my friends are playing.
2:12.6	I'm not going to be able to talk to any of my friends at recess. I'm not going to be able to do any of that with them because of
2:18.2	this, like, because of my parents. This is so terrible. And that's when he remembers, you know,
