How's it going, everyone? I hope you're having a good day. Today we got two stories of spoiled kids that I know you'll enjoy. So first link in the description to listen to these on Spotify. So we're going to call the subscriber who submitted the first story, Mike. And anyways,

Mike was in the sixth grade, and in the sixth grade, there's a kid in his class who was kind of just known as the spoiled kid at this time. He wasn't really, like, outwardly as flamboyant as

some of the other kids I've told them these stories up until this one time in the sixth grade.

So anyways, around sixth grade was the time that a lot of kids in Mike's class were getting phones, you know,

and, you know, and iPhones, whatever, right, iPads. The list goes on. I know I've heard of kids getting phones at an even earlier age, which I think is kind of ridiculous.

And even sixth grade, I believe, is kind of pushing it. But anyways,

you know, most of the kids in, you know, in the class got, they didn't get the newest iPhone.

They didn't get the newest iPhone with the most storage and whatever, right? They got, you know,

something that they could communicate with, you know, they could communicate with their parents

with. They maybe would be able to go on, I don't know, something like Snapchat or Instagram and communicate with their friends with. But this is not something that was

going to be the highest tech, like high tech, newest piece of technology, thousands of thousands of

dollars on a simple phone that you're giving your kid who's probably going to drop it in a lake.

You know what I mean. However, this was until, you know, the spoiled kid, which at the time

wasn't even really known as the spoiled kid, you know, he had a rich uncle. The spoiled kid's parents

were pretty, you know, they were pretty normal, but, or pretty middle class-ish, right?

And, you know, but he had an uncle, you know, his dad's brother, who very recently was extremely successful.

You know, one of those, like, tech businesses.

So if you don't know, like a lot of people that become really wealthy very quickly,

what they'll do is they'll create a, especially more recently,

they'll create a business, and a lot of cases more recently,

they'll create a technology-based business,

and it'll be bought up by a bigger company like Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, whatever.
