What happened to the Tory rebellion? Beginning of the week, we were going to have cabinet

resignations. Boris Johnson's premiership was over. He was breaking the manifesto commitment.

He was putting up taxes. He was finished. And then five people voted against it last night.

What happened? Yeah, it was amazing, wasn't it? But also in a way, slightly predictable.
