Today is 64 days officially without sports, a little over two months, but whatever we're grinding through and we're officially once a week right now.

Yeah, he's speaking of grinding through. I was cleaning out my closet today. And what do I find boys? Ryan Whitney, game use stick.

What? Ryan Whitney, you gave it to me the second time we recorded together. You came in and said, hey Grinnelli, here's a stick.

Like period of time. So now I keep it right next to one of the first bottles of Pink Whitney ever created.

And my little Ryan Whitney shine, I keep my room.

Is it, is it was it the used one or brand new uncut? Oh no, it's game used.

Okay, you got the Lynch from it's got the Lynch from San Pedro finish finish. No, Lucas business.

Next up is the wit dog Ryan Whitney. How you been brother? It's been only a week, but it feels a hell of a lot longer.

Like I just said, it really does. It really does. You know, times flying by right now. You know, these days don't go by slow.

But it is nice to talk to you guys. It does feel like we have a lot of things to catch up on and thrilled to be here.

Excited excited to get going because I will say right now once a week feels perfect. Yeah, it was it was like, yeah, we yeah, we haven't caught up in a little bit, but we were reaching.

So we said that, but I'm looking forward to it. How are you doing, Biz? Nice little mental break. I actually went up to so don't know this weekend.

Went on a nice hike with the old lady just domesticated now and it feels great. Got that nice mental escape. We're doing.

We're those things you put in the house essential oils. I am boys. I am all grown up now. You're probably as healthy as you've ever been right now.

Yeah, eating well, hydrating off the sauce still still smoking a little bit of weed. Not before the podcast. So I last couple episodes. I've been laying off the dope.

Any micro any micro dosen a little bit. Yeah. Okay. I like that. Yeah, I like that. I got a boy. I haven't been drinking much.
