During a 70-day hospitalisation,

me, Simon. So we're going to talk about your book. It's called Near Death Shift,

what dying taught me about life, business and purpose. We're going to talk about your book. It's called Near Death Shift, What Dying taught me about life, business, and

purpose. We're going to talk about your near-death experience. But before that, could you

tell us about your COVID journey? Oh, yeah. It was long. Well, I got COVID in the fall of

2021, and I was really a healthy person, so I never thought I would

get it. I was above it. I just, you know, didn't think I would catch it. And I ended up catching

the Delta version while I was at a conference and got it on the plane ride, started feeling really sick.

And about two days later, my sister suggested I test.

And so I did.

And sure enough, that's what I had.

And so when I was living in a fifth will at the time, my husband and I were buying a house, and so we had sold ours, and in between, we had parked our RV out at the back of my dad's house, and we weren't roughing it or anything, but, you know, just a little in-between spot. And I brought COVID home to him, and he was about two days behind me and catching it.

So we hunkered down in there for about a week, and then I just woke up intuitively a week later to my husband and said, I've got to get to the hospital now.

I mean, I didn't feel like before that I was in danger. I knew I was really sick,

but when you feel like you have an elephant sitting on your chest and you can't breathe,
