What's the deal with the verdict on Hunter?

I'm going to tell you right now.

It's not the real story in September and October.

They're going to come around again with the appropriate charge.

If he's clean, if he's out of it, I don't want to punish him for what he did then.

Why does Pride Month get a whole year and Family Month doesn't get,
