resurrection Sunday and I pray that you guys are just really taking a moment to soak it all in, to really pause and reflect and think about what this day means.

This day is the cornerstone of our faith, like,

forget all the eggs, forget all the bunnies,

forget all of the pastel colors and church

being packed today.

Think about what happened at that cross and then think about the fact that he is alive, that he lives. We serve a living God all these other religions they guys are dead we serve a living God

hallelujah that tune was empty today and we rejoice in that, hallelujah, and I pray that you are really just taking a moment and reflecting and soaking in what that means. So again, happy

And I was going through the voice metal section of my phone.

I, a lot of times when God gives me an episode for this podcast or download or anything like that

I recorded in the voice memos because usually I'm driving or in a move or in a move or something

it's just easier to do that.

And I had got the instruction to do a podcast episode on muscle memory.

And so it's been on my mind for a couple of weeks,

and I've been researching muscle memory and what that means and all of that and how that relates to the spirit.
