All right, everyone, I am so excited for this week's guest. It is Dave Schrader. Now, if you are into the paranormal,

you know who we're talking to. You've seen him on many spooky ghost shows, but he also has

his own podcast, Paranormal 60. So, hello Dave. Hey, thank you very much for having me today,

Lindsay. Sorry, was that too chipper for a paranormal guy? Should I have been more like,

thank you, Lindsay? That's pretty good. The first time I really saw you was on the Holzer files.

Right. So that was the one that stands out to me. But one of the things I found so interesting,

you were a location scout and researcher for ghost adventures, right? Yeah, I've actually been

very lucky through the 18 plus years I've been doing the paranormal

to have worked alongside the ghost hunters, paranormal state, ghost adventures.

And long before I was working behind the scenes on ghost adventures, I was a guest.

I think I've been on eight or nine episodes plus their two live Halloween specials.

But there was a point there. I think it was 2011 to roughly 2015, 16, that I was their

location scout. And for those seasons, when you watched, I supplied about 90 to 95% of the locations that they got to investigate.
