The vision for each one of us individually. I just mentioned the vision of our church, but the vision for you that Jesus has is to win souls and make

disciples. We are not a church of members. We are a church of disciples. We have membership, but that's

not our goal. Our goal is for people

to be disciples. And so one of the ways we have the process for that is we have this process for

discipleship. It's very simple. Most churches in the world have a different name for it, but usually

has four steps. Rick Warren has it where he calls it becoming a member,

then becoming mature, then becoming someone who ministers, and then somebody who goes into missions.

G12 calls it win, consolidate, disciple, and send. We just lowered it to a very basic terminology

where we believe a spiritual growth of a person has four steps.

First step is when you believe in Christ, somebody say believe.

The second one is when you belong in the church, somebody say belong.

And then the third one is you get built.

Somebody say build.

And the fourth one is when you become.

Somebody say become.

And so what that simply looks like is when you

believe in Jesus, you become born again. And then you belong. Part of that belonging process is you get
