I know I'm not supposed to start on spiritual authority

to Sunday, but I can't wait.

So let's start it tonight. Luke chapter 10 and verse 19.

You're gonna see here Satan's power of influence

and that's what we're gonna look at here tonight and if you really

pay pay very close attention to this you'll see how subtle he moves and then recognize the power that we have

under the covenant of grace to have authority over whatever he does.

And we'll get to that, but I want to use tonight to establish some real key foundation

Luke chapter 10 and verse 19

He says behold I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

That's a powerful promise.

That's a powerful promise.

Now, a whole lot of things have been introduced in our teaching on the believers authority and

spiritual authority that we've got to revisit and reconcile it under the covenant of grace.

Verse 19 says I give unto you power that word power in the original Greek is translated authority the right

to command so this is something that's given to us it's not anything that we earn it's not anything that we earn. It's not something that we do in order to get it.
