Hello, unorthodox, this is your friend Anne from Alcons Park calling and I just finished listening to the episode where Phil disclosed that he scooped his bagel.

So for a lot of years I've been scooping my bagel also, modestly to save the calories, but also acknowledging that it is a better ratio.

However, my uncle reminded me of the tradition in our family when we grew up and that was that my grandfather actually cut the bagels in thirds.

So I have gone back to that tradition and now not only do I have the right ratio and less bagel, I actually am not wasting as much food and I have more bagels to use in the future.

So here's an idea for Phil, thanks for all you do. I love your podcast, but you already knew that.
