Welcome to our Tuesday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

I'm now into my fourth week of teaching on spirit soul and body.

This is talking about who you are in Christ, your identity in Christ is what most people would call it.

But I call it spirit soul and body because that's what really transform me is when I begin to realize

there was more than just the outward person that you see, more than just the inner personality that I know and experience.

But there was a third part to me, the spirit and it's the spirit where I'm born again changed and in right standing with God.

So that's what I'm talking about tonight.

I've already, like I said, spent three full weeks and I've laid down a lot of the basics.

Now I just want to magnify some of the applications of what it means that it's your spirit that was transformed.

And so yesterday I kind of gave an introduction for the entire week.

But I was talking about that there's two types of righteousness.

Let me just read some scriptures that'll make this very clear. This is what the Bible says.

And so in Romans chapter 9 says, what shall we say then that the Gentiles which followed not after righteousness have obtained to righteousness,

even the righteousness which is of faith, but Israel which followed after the law of righteousness has not attained to the law of righteousness.

Why? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it was by the works of the law,
