Hey, I'm Theresa Puto. You might know me as the Long Island Medium. Why do people call me that? Well, I talk to the dead.

My job is to help Spirit communicate to their loved ones here in the physical world that they

are safe and at peace. And that there is more to life than this.

This podcast gives me the opportunity to share my gift with more people than ever before

and to give all of you a better understanding of how I communicate with Spirit.

I literally when I went into the Zoom I was like oh my God we haven't

recorded for the podcast in so long and then when I asked Michelle, you know, like how did you end up on the podcast and she told me that she wanted through the fan club? it just made me even more excited because it just validates

that we're doing really great things.

I just love what I do and I just, I love even if it's a Zoom, you know, for the podcast. I just think it's great.

That was the amazing thing. I mean, I saw Michelle, like when she went in, you know, I guess people are nervous like I never think people should be nervous but I think people are nervous to meet me and it always shocks me

But to see her face you could even hear it in her voice

So I don't know, you know, if you guys were listening to this week's episode of Hey Spirit,

Michelle's reading today, I mean, I saw it on her face, how much lighter, and she was laughing and smiling.

I guarantee you you will see and hear it in her voice that the healing was actually taking

place as you listen to the messages.

And I think I love, it's this new kind of mantra that I say to myself almost every day.

It's okay to put myself on the back burner. I'm not just

going to turn the burner on. And I love that her dad used that for her today and

encouraged her just to love herself and to honor
