I think by now I owe you a couple of solo shows actually.

This one is a little delayed for reasons pertaining

to its potentially contentious title, as a matter of fact, which is that

spirit contact is easy. Now, I guess I'm kind of amusing myself or it's a joke on myself by

titling this solar show Spirit Contact is easy because I have been sick for a month

on account of planning a trip to the Amazon for the express purpose of spirit contact which I just called easy.

So yes, little joke on myself.

Releasing a show on the ease of spirit contact on the eve of me making it very hard for myself.

And the the unwellness has been in large part due to the sort of vaccine schedule frankly and the immunosuppressing impact that tends to have in the short term.

So it's things you've got to do obviously before you're heading off on an adventure.

And it's an interesting kind of adventure.

So if we're going to talk about spirit contact being easy,

I'll start with it being hard, because I'm not just going somewhere really remote.
