shamanic practitioner, soul healer, and author of several best-selling books and oracle cards,

including animal spirit guides, earth magic, earth magic oracle cards, children's spirit animal cards,

healing ancestral karma, and the recently released shaman's path cards. Dr. Farmer offers individual

consultations and relationship counseling in person or remotely by phone or Zoom, drawing from his wealth of his

training and experience as a psychotherapist, shamanic healer, and trauma recovery specialist.

Excited to have you talking about some of the basics of what, let's start with the spirit

animal and what exactly is a spirit animal or I know you

sometimes refer to it as animal spirit guide.

Is there a difference?

No, I think the terms can be used interchangeably.

Animal spirit guide implies a little bit more in that they actually offer guidance as opposed

to spirit animals. I use them interchangeably, opposed to spirit animals if you I use them

interchangeably but the spirit animals just is a more descriptive term of animals that come to you

that are you could say messengers of great spirit or of God or spirit however you want to say that

is a topic that really came to me
