So finally here we are at the end of this mini series on spiral dynamics stage turquoise we've got beige purple

red blue orange green yellow and finally turquoise. Go back and watch my other episodes so that you have

some context for this one otherwise this one's not going to make much sense.

Turquoise is tier two, just like yellow, but really yellow was the

beginning of tier two and turquoise is where tier two is going to fire on all cylinders.

This is where the magnificence of being in

existence really starts to flower because Tier 2 and turquoise of course is

going beyond survival beyond ego beyond fear beyond ideology beyond

political parties beyond racial affiliations or anything like that. This is moving into self-transcendence and self-less living.

Now it's important to understand that every stage within spiral dynamics looks upon all the other stages in spiral dynamics

from its own vantage point and it judges it from its own vantage point such

that right now I'm going to start talking about turquoise and I'm going to

talk a lot about tier two, but if you're in stage blue or orange or

green you're probably not going to understand and you're going to judge.

Here's how it works with these stages.

Every stage basically has at least one or two

other stages on the spiral that it thinks

are either criminal, diluted, superstitious, or just downright insane.
