mini series because each one of those focused on individual colors and here I need to say certain things about the whole model as a whole. You might think you've heard everything there is to hear about Spirod dynamics but I promise you

So the reason that I felt this episode was necessary was because

I see a lot of sloppy application of spiral dynamics.

And that's very understandable because spiral dynamics is a very complicated and nuanced and rich model.

And that's exactly what makes it so powerful is all of the nuance that's there but it's precisely because it's now so complicated and nuanced

that it takes so many hours to properly explain it to people and then to have them try to apply it and fail over and over until they learn the lessons.

And then, you know, maybe after 20, 30, 40 hours of trying, studying this model,

reading various books, listening to various videos and lectures, and then applying

it in your own life and then seeing where you're making mistakes and getting corrections

to all that.
